The BrickPacker order sync service is a service that keeps your store inventories in sync when orders are placed on Brick Owl or BrickLink. The website runs a process every 15 minutes which checks both BrickLink and Brick Owl for new orders in your store. When a new order is placed it will download that order and use the items and their quantities to adjust the inventory on the other site.
Order sync service
In order for the sync service to work the BrickPacker website is used to pair up store inventory in both stores so that the service knows which lots to adjust when orders are received. Newly added items need to be paired up otherwise they will not be synced when they are included in orders. When you add new inventory to your store you need to update your inventory on both sites, the BrickPacker site can be used to bring your inventory on both sites in sync but this is not done fully automatic. The BrickPacker site does not maintain an up to date inventory for your store but creates a cross reference between lot IDs on BrickLink and Brick Owl which are used for the sync service.
There will be no charge for the first month so you can try the service for free. After the first month the fee will be 1% of the order total (excluding shipping). An invoice (or account summary) will be emailed once a month (typically in the second week of the month). When the account balance exceeds $10 a paypal payment is due within 30 days.
